A race begins. A race for safety and freedom, but long hard roads lie ahead.


About the Author

DeCarlton Wooten grew up in a small town in Texas. His writing has been influenced by Richard Wright. His first novel delves into America’s dark past. The first novel is meant to bring truth to life and question the purposes of each of our lives.
