About the Book

USA Book News National Best Books 2007 Finalist Award in the Fiction & Literature: Short Stories Fiction category

A collection of short stories with unusual, surprising and thought provoking conclusions stimulated by odd news and social events, dreams, private or public philosophies, friends and strange thoughts that often drift into my own reflections of past and very personal events.

Some stories have been inspired by other writers who offer a challenge to complete an entertaining short story, to be read before writers groups each month, and later re-written for publication.

Each story follows its own path without influence from the others and is different with respect to content and direction. Each has its own personality.
