There are so many messages in poems, poetry and scripture. They all shed light on life. They inspire, encourage, bring laughter, smiles and drive us to do more with our God-given talents. Have joy in living and just being who you are, know that your living is not in vain. We all will experience the good and bad times, the ups and downs, and the trials and tribulations in one form or another. Just know that you are not alone. When you are feeling blue, know that someone cares about and love you. Remain faithful to God and he will remain faithful to you. Pray, be happy, laugh more, keep a smile upon your face, cry if you have to, and live your life to the fullest. In the midst of a storm be still and be quiet, knowing that God already knows your situation. Don’t let no one or nothing steal your joy. Where there is faith, there is hope. Never lose hope, keep your creative juices flowing. The Lord is good to whose hope is in him, to the one who seeks him; it is good to wait quietly for the salvation of the Lord (Lamentations 3:25-26 NIV

In the midst of the day reflect on life. Life offer good and bad times. Through poems, poetry, and scripture we can see the many messages of life. No one is exempt from trials and tribulations. Life can be great, challenging, difficult, complex, and simple. Life is only what you make it. In the midst of a storm be quiet and be still. Meditate on the word of God. There is power in his words. These poems, poetry and scriptures display some of life experiences in an art form. They display encouragement, disappointment, inspiration, and wisdom. Remember life is good. Alicia S.
