About the Book

Bernard, being the hustler and lover boy that he thinks he is, meets Lisa and works his magic. He tells her his sad story and she falls for him. That is, until she opens her eyes and sees him for what he truly is. Carlos steps up and tells her that he is the man that can be either her main man or just the maintenance man. Being a woman with skills and having gone through so much with the likes of him, she relies on her wits to overcome this drama but at what cost. Transformed by the ordeal, Lisa will have to make a choice on who she loves, need, and trust.

About the Author

Lisa Collins’s, first work tells of her struggles of overcoming struggles in her life and how in the midst of it all she was Transformed by the grace of God to become not only a better person but one who can and will help others overcome and transform. A graduate of Pitt Community College with a degree in Criminal Justice, she applies what she has learned to uncover things in her own life. This is her first novel but not her last.
