This is a book about my life experiences and what I learned along the way. It depicts different characteristic I believe are essential to becoming a successful leader. It tells ways one must conduct him or herself in order to succeed in the leadership capacity. It speaks about different things one must do in order to achieve the utmost success while experiencing a most gratifying challenge. It explains how one must find gratification in just doing the right thing. It explains how personal expectations are the most valuable asset a leader can possess.


About the Author

James Draper , born July 24, 1959, is an ambitious and outgoing person and has spent many years of his life in a supervisory capacity. Born in Anniston Alabama and later moved to a small town in Virginia. This is where he was raised prior to his journey into the wild world of hard knocks. James began working at a young age and began his long turbulent journey in the world of politics. During his early years in the work force he was exposed to a variety of unpleasant situations prompted by poor management leadership. Over the course of his life he became very interested in being a solid leader and applying himself with a high degree of accountability and integrity. James Served in the United States Army before entering law enforcement at a young age. It is his belief the subject of leadership can be a very sensitive subject to those who don’t understand the criteria a leader should be measured by. This book clearly depicts text that will allow readers to think about what a leader should be and how to apply themselves while striving for success in the management of people.
