About the Book

My name is Wendy Annette Bumpus. I live in Tennessee. I’ve been writing since childhood. My words are borne out of personal experiences from relationships with my family and friends, and my personal relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ-the words fl ow from my heart, to my pen, then on paper. I believe that a lot of our education doesn’t come from the classroom; it comes from the lessons we learn in life. I want the words and illustrations in this book to reach into the mind and heart of your child, and inspire his or her imagination to visit new places and experience new things. I grew up with a very strong faith in God, and I’d like to explain biblical and moral principles simple enough for young children to understand. Hopefully you will fi nd in this book a message of love and faith from which your children will benefi t.
