About the Book

What I’m about to tell you is true. I don’t care if you believe me or not, because it really doesn’t matter. The truth will still always be the truth. I’m not even sure why I’m bothering to write this anyway, because I doubt anyone will ever read it. No one ever wants to hear what a girl like me has to say, even if it is for their own good. But, the fact is that I have a bunch of anger that’s poisoning my heart. The poison needs to come out of me before it’s too late, and since I have this notebook and pencil on my lap, I’m trying to let it out through my words.

About the Author

Patrick Meehan was born on January 23rd, 1969. He has spent his entire life in San Diego, California. He graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor‘s Degree in English, and has been an English teacher for the San Diego Unified School District since 1995. He has been married since 1999, and is the father of three children.
