My background in the culinary world represents over 25 years of experience at a variety of restaurants, most of them specializing in creative gourmet fine dining. I have also cooked for celebrities, and performed numerous outside catering functions and special events. My nutritional studies have lead me to a greater understanding of the great need for people to make available for themselves nourishing, great tasting breads in a world where devitalized foods have become so common place. It is my intention to empower others to help themselves in the art of fine baking, blending old world flavors with the freshest ingredients available today.
