About the Book

Robert Penny is summoned, to return to Grindle immediately, by his friend, Sam, who opted to remain in the kingdom against Robert’s better judgment. The Kingdom of Grindle and the inhabitants had frozen in time, because of the self-disposition of the King, through trickery. Unbeknownst to Sam, he, along with Grindle will disappear, if the King does not return in due time. In the meantime, Katie thought the return to Grindle could present itself as a romantic get-a-way with Robert. However, as fate would have it, a malfunction during their transport, resulted in a slight transformation of Katie’s appearance.

About the Author

Sallie Gabree was a Colorado native, who has now made Georgia her home. She is an artist with various accomplishments, including commissioned pen and pencil sketches. She is a published author of her first book, “The Seventh Stone,” which resulted in the sequel “The Seventh Stone – The Return.” She is currently working on a non-fiction of herself and a longstanding childhood friend. Ms. Gabree is a mother of two, grandmother of four and a great-grandmother of one. She accredits the success of her first book to the support of her late husband. This book, “The Return” is dedicated to him.
