About the Book

Philip has over 40 years experience in camping outdoors, from the Boy Scouts to scout master Philip did it all. He taught over 2500 Boy Scouts how to camp. Each year Philip goes camping outdoors with his family and friends, and each time Philip always learns more about camping. Philip wrote this book “camping for beginner’s” to help anyone who is interested camping the proper way without getting discourage in camping. In this book Philip will teach you how to buy the equipment you will need to camp out for the first time, how to pick the right campground for you and your family, how to tie knots, how to set up your campsite, the do’s and dont’s of camping, names and addresses of private and state campgrounds, first aid, and much more.

About the Author

Philip always wanted to camp outdoors since he was 8 years old. At the age of 8 Philip joined the cub scouts. Since he had a lot of experience living during the summer months in the mountains upstate New York he learn very fast in camping. After cub scouts and then onto boyscouts Philip became a scout master teaching other children to camp. Philip has taught over 2500 boys how to camp outdoors. Now at the age of 54 Philip stills goes camping with his family every year in all parts of country. Every year Philip brings other friends with him camping who never camp before and enjoyed it very much. Philip has research everything on camping so that the average person could learn how to camp out easily. Philip now invites other newcomer’s to go camping with him and his family, and each time they all love the experience of camping.
