About the Book

The Arkdom is about a world tormented by an endless, terrible war. The people– a proud race called Deity and the last Humans from Earth– could find no solace from the evil plague no matter which of the three nations they fled to. But, there was a cure.

In the land of the Arkdom, a freestanding, rebellious nation, there were people who gave their lives to try and stop the war and its progression. These people were called the Power Wielders, and they were the most powerful beings in the world because they controlled the Elements through the power of ancient stones. Their Leader was the crazy Human Lord Biroi of the Arkdom, who tells the world he knows how to save them all.

One girl, unnamed throughout the book, learns of her connection to this arcane land from a simple encounter with a man named Kai. After finding her own power, it is up to the ‘Chosen One’– as the Power Wielders call her– to decide to fight with them, or against them.

But Time was of the essence, and the Paramount Agamid waits for no Human child to make a decision. The blood will spill, but who will conquer the war? Who will be the last immortal standing?

About the Author

Stephanie Adkison is currently attending high school in a magical place that is almost to the moon, but still in California. She has been writing for three years, and ‘The Time Walker’ is her first book in print. She plans to keep writing stories well out of high school and into later life. She had been called brilliant and talented by her friends, and hopes that they remain her inspiration for her stories for years to come.
