About the Author

Al Silvera has been an educator, a businessman and a minister. During each of those phases in his life, he had the joy of being married to Peggy. He invites you to share some of the glimpses of their thirty-two year honeymoon. He’s the writer of the stories that continue to bring him comfort from just remembering them. Peggy is as much the author as he is. No story would be complete without her. She was the one who so often said, “Let’s go for it!” She was the one who delighted in saying, “We did it together!”
