About the Author

Megan A. Peterman is seventeen years old and is currently a senior in high school. She lives in Carleton, Michigan with her mother. She is a self taught pianist of seven years and adores writing music; music being her main focus. She aspires to matriculate at Cornell University for her major in Journalism. She then plans to earn her Bachelor’s in Film Scoring at New York University and her Master’s in Music Composition at Juilliard. She will be competing in the Queen Elisabeth Competition in November. Chair of Remembrance was written for an AP English novella assignment and then grew out of proportion into a novel. This is her first novel with two more on the way.
