About the Book
Book Summary In day to day life, the author too often observes poor parenting, spoiled children and irresponsible, lazy young adults who carry an air of entitlement, asserting that everyone owes them. Out of her passion for good parenting and her love for children, she wrote this simple guide of how she raised her three children, mistakes and all. There are no claims to perfect or great parenting, only the fact that her children have become responsible, hard-working, fun adults who contribute to society. Short, concise, written with a sense of humor, this easy read will give you pointers for child-rearing that works.
About the Author
Linda (Van Dyke) Mueller was born and raised in a big, Catholic family in Kimberly, Wisconsin. While raising three damn good kids, she volunteered, worked as a freelance writer, took care of other people's kids, was a receptionist, and Activities Supervisor at the local Community/Senior Center. She has gone on to volunteer for Habitat for Humanity with her husband, Jeff, and enjoys writing, traveling and being with her children and grandchildren. She often states that of all the experiences she's had in her life, raising her children has been, by far, the most fulfilling. Linda lives with her husband in their rustic dream home in Bloomfield, Wisconsin.
