About the Author

Judith E. Munson Certified Coach, Speaker, Facilitator, Author Judith and her husband, Tom, live in Northern California. She has two grown sons and six grandchildren. The passion behind Judith’s work came from her own experiences of being bullied and mobbed at work. It took her seven years to overcome the trauma it created. Judith has dedicated herself to educating companies and individuals on how to reduce the impact bullying and mobbing has on morale and productivity. Judith’s keen perceptiveness, combined with years of real-life experience, enables her to detect what goes on under the surface of co-workers’ communications. Her work focuses on how to build trust and cooperation with each other rather than dwelling on mistakes and miscommunication.
