About the Book

“Moments of a Lifetime” is a unique collection of poetry and short stories written from multiple perspectives. Each chapter, author Lesley Butler, dabbles in the themes of Love, Depression, Life and many more. Her unconventional style of writing is truly unique and almost unexpected from a woman as young as her.

About the Author

Lesley Butler is a Canadian grade eleven student at Centre Hastings Secondary School in the hamlet of Madoc, Ontario. She enjoys writing poetry, short stories and novels. It wasn't until her seventh grade teacher, Rick Alloi, wrote on a creative writing assignment, “you have a novel in you just waiting to come out,” that she began to write for herself in her spare time. Along with the support from her teachers and parents, a huge supporter has been her good friend, Amy Sadler, who enjoys reading and editing her work.
