About the Author

Drake Star is my pen name. I was born in Manhattan, New York in the year 1983. I lived there until I was 6 month old. Then, I moved to Irvine. I lived in Irvine ‘til I was six years old and then moved to California. Looking back on it, I wish I would have stayed in Irvine. Alas, I had no choice. The first school I went to was Oak Hills. I loved it. Unfortunately, I got transferred to a private school and I absolutely hated it. I went there for seven years, started in second grade and then I graduated eighth grade. My parents wanted me to go to a private high school but I did not want to go. So instead, I went to Granite Bay High School. I always had trouble in English class. I had too much imagination , but I would like to thank my English teachers for pushing me so hard--especially my sophomore English teacher, no name will be mentioned here but thank you. Otherwise, I would not have embraced my creativity so much. After high school, I went to Sierra College. My major was Drama, much to my parents dismay. After Sierra college, I joined the Free Masons in Roseville Lodge 222. It was my brother-in-law Cpt. Jason Tauches who deserves the most thanks. He inspired me. Thank you.
