The tumor was diagnosed after being involved in two automobile accidents in one day. Ms. Beecham had brain surgery immediately and seven months later she had the second brain surgery. About the Author

Delores Beecham was born in the early forties, in Vicksburg, Mississippi to Henry and Esther Beecham. She is the younger of two children. Her family moved to California when she was four years old. She attended the California school system until age fifteen. At age sixteen her family moved to Milwaukee, Wisconsin where she attended school and graduated from Rufus King High School. Her father was a pastor of a large Baptist church. Her mother was a loving homemaker. Delores married at age nineteen and had three children. Her marriage ended after twenty four years. Now she is writing this book to help other brain surgery patients.
