About the Author

The author, Bert Richard, is a retired educator having spent over 35 years in education. He has a Specialist Degree in Vocational Education, a Masters Degree in Business Education, and a Bachelors Degree in Marketing Education. He retired as Dean of Business from Wisconsin Indianhead Technical College in Rice Lake, Wisconsin. This is his third published book. However, the other books were textbooks. Jokes You Can Laugh At is his first non-education book. Bert is currently a Tour Guide for Betty Larson Tours. (He doesn’t drive the bus). He tries many of the (clean) jokes on his customers. In return, his customers have given him many of their own jokes. Bert currently lives in Rice Lake, Wisconsin, with his wife Carol. He has one son, Jon and daughter in law, Michelle.
