About the Author

I grew up in a small town in Massachusetts during the late 60’s and early70’s. I married my High School sweetheart in 1977. We have raised three children while I operated an in home family day care. I received my first child care license in1982. I have devoted my life to day care and have cared for many children over the years. I am the proud grandmother of three beautiful grandchildren and have operated a large family day care with my daughter Cherie as my licensed assistant.
