About the Book

This book is about a little girl who shares with the world her love for her dad. It is obvious that this dad is a loving dad, and one who knows what his children need to help them grow up healthy, sound and responsible. He takes every opportunity to show his children how much he loves and cares about them. The little girl feels his care and love and expresses it through the words in this book. Some of the activities are actual activities that the author’s father did when she was a little girl. Hope all who read it enjoys it.

About the Author

The Author, Arleen Mack, was born Arleen Shuler in July 1962 to the late David and Leola Shuler in Orangeburg County of the state of South Carolina. She was married in November 1982, raised four children, and now has four grandchildren. For many years, Arleen harbored the thought of writing children’s books, and now has finally decided to bring the thought to fruition. It is her desire that the writing of this first book will prove to be a success and that the lives of many children and families who read it, or has it read to them will be touched, and their lives will be enhanced. The Illustrator, Jessie Calvin was born March 1977, and is a native of Alcolu, South Carolina. He is married to Latasha Calvin, and they have three children. Jessie’s love for art has landed him the opportunity to paint murals, portraits, implant tattoos, and now the opportunity to become an illustrator of a book for the first time. Jessie has worked diligently to see that the artwork in this book is appealing to the eyes of children and to all who read it, and hopes that this book and others to follow will be a success.
