About the Author

New-found author, Monica Merced, started writing at the age of eleven. She enjoys writing poetry, children’s books, and short stories. Among her hobbies are riding horses, reading, and spending time with her family. Monica and her family live in north-central Florida and delight in taking care of their farm animals, including horses, dogs, chickens, and a cow.
