About the Author
PATRICK RICHARD CARSTENS, is a historian, with an interest in both ancient and modern history, and the researcher, and author of the book, The Republic of Canada - Almost! Patrick, semi retired with a military and engineering back ground, and with training in the fi eld of archaeology. He has worked in the Egyptian Delta, Sinai Peninsula and Luxor with a number archaeological teams and a frequent visitor to Egypt since 1982 to 2010.
