About the Author

J.P.Sarno was born in Meriden, CT. From an early age the outdoors held a fascination. Made the rank of Life in te Boy Scouts. An avid bowler and loves anything to do with antiques, from repairing and restoring antique clocks or recaning a hundred year old chair. All of this makes my life seem idyllic, far from it. At a very low point in my life I was homeless, and I had Cancer. The one thing that stayed true throughout was my love of nature and how even after the worst storms nature will ot only survive but will flourish. Now I have been in remission for more than ten years and I live in Enfield, CT. with a wonderful woman who understands the things I went through to get to this point in my life. Nancy and I live together with our friend, Teddy the cat.
