THIS BOOK IS not a novel, it is a factual collection of very short stories of mine and my family’s lives, growing up in rural Appalachia during the 1950s and 1960s. I say factual, as best as our and our friends’ minds can recollect. These stories did not come from newspapers, history books, or even the internet. They came only from our hearts!

About the Author

SONNY NOW LIVES IN CORRYTON, TN WITH PATSY, HIS COMPANION OF OVER 40 YEARS, AND THEIR 4 DOGS SABRINA, BOSCO, RUDI AND BANDIT. AFTER EACH STORY IN HIS BOOK WAS FINISHED, SONNY READ IT TO HIS DOGS. SONNY SAID….. “IF THEY STAYED UNTIL I FINISHED, THE STORY STAYED WITH NO CHANGES!” MY FUZZY EDITORS!!!
