As we all know, there is no such thing as a lollipop tree. The lesson of this story is to never give up on the things we hope for or the dreams we believe in. Little Katie never gave up on the dream that one day her lollipop stick would bloom into a beautiful lollipop tree. Even though no one believed, she did, and that’s all she needed to make her dream come true!

About the Author

Gina Renee Marzan Calvillo resides in Chula Vista, California, where she was born and raised. She loves writing children’s books. She has a passion for inspiring children. She has been writing for eight years; this is the first children’s book to be published, and she has more, waiting in the wings. She has four children—Christina, Jennifer, Antonio, and Christian. She works as a law enforcer and also as a paramedical examiner. She donates her time during the Christmas season as Mrs. Claus and delivers gifts to children and adults with cancer. She has faced many obstacles during her journey but says that it has made her a stronger person. She believes that you can create great possibilities for your life regardless of the circumstances. She gives special thanks to her children and her beloved father for their love and encouragement.
