About the Book

This is a story of my life’s journey through poetry. Within these poems are memories of my youth, and lessons of living my parents with love taught me. Each poem is a journey in experience and knowledge. As a youth, I was fortunate enough to have learned.

About the Author

Born and raised in rural Pennsylvania, an only child. I would play in woods, fields and streams with my own imagination as my only playmate. I developed a closeness with nature’s animals and scenery. My parents reinforced this with their encouragement and explanations to my many questions about what I heard and saw. Now older, I appreciate those quiet, lovely days and nights and let them guide me on my journey through life.
