This is a biographical fiction, so some events are real in the story. The names have been left off because it is true and private. The point of the story is, you can't correctly judge what a child will grow to become by how poor or how unattractive the child is. All children have positive potential.

About the Author

Vivica Darlene Houston was born in Chicago Illinois on April28, 1957. The oldest of three children, circumstances put her in Phoenix Arizona by the time she started the first grade. She grew from a “Copy Cat” to a “Computer In Tennis Shoes”. After high school she joined the 82nd Airborne Division. Right now she is working on a degree in Christian Evangelism. She is single and resides in North Phoenix with her award-winning autistic son.
