From home cooking to five-star cuisine, this book is about a Vietnamese culinary journey. Starting in her mother’s kitchen, Nguyen Thi Van went on to work in and be trained by exceptional chefs in some of Saigon’s finest kitchens before moving to India to create Vietnamese culinary experiences and manage Asian restaurants in the country’s finest five-star hotel properties for eight years.

About the Author

Nguyen Thi Van now lives in Montreal, Canada, with her husband, where she works as a chef as well as owns and operates a catering business specializing in Vietnamese cuisine.
