About the Book

This book is a collection of poems written in a very honest way to give an insight into life as a patient on a psychiatric ward. It shares the experiences of many, highlighting the issues that are faced by society in everyday life not just in a mental institute. The poems are varied and cover many topics, all of which will enlighten and inspire the reader.

About the Author

Holly Muir returned to the pen after her life was turned upside down by the mental health system. She decided to write about her experiences as she believed much needed to be brought to light.
