About the Book

This romantic fiction is an imaginary picture of future world that highlights social behaviour along with the prediction of future human life. Basically it’s a criticism of modern Western life. It can be a young reader’s fantasy reading for its portrayal of love and excitement. The book conveys some messages while the readers enjoy reading the story. The names of some major characters are allegorical. The style contains some fairy-tale materials in the story as it proceeds with the prince’ escape from the palace to the world beyond. It’s a journey through the experience of life.

About the Author

Kamrunnessa has an MA in English literature from Dhaka University and a BEd in adult education from Brock University, Ontario, Canada. She started writing for local newspapers and recently published a poetry book and a short story book in Bengali. She is a born poet. She wrote about one hundred poems. Another poetry book is coming out. She used to be a teacher and a lecturer of English in Bangladesh. Also worked for the boards of education in Toronto, Canada.
