About the Author
Being a chef has been one of the greatest accomplishments in the world to me, not including having two great children. The food industry has allowed me so many opportunities to meet and serve people from all walks of life, from the homeless to many stars and public figures. I have been blessed to be able to work in a lot of different situations, from 5 star restaurants to soup kitchens, in every conceivable location in the United States. I have truly enjoyed being a chef, and it brings such joy to me to serve and help others.
