How to manage the transition The clerics of this world are not expected to contribute much as their tackling of old dogmas, which are the real solutions to this world’s predicament, will only lower their electorate of believers – unacceptable to them! National budgets will need to reflect the freedom inherent in all education and health requirements and the changes in the army defence costs as well as new police costs, new prison and asylum rules’ costs. They will also be required to reflect the organisation of the society of abundance (free food for all, free drinking water for all, free shelter, transport and clothing for all). Where current habits and mores dictate other habits (for instance where education and health requirements are met partly by the individuals) adjustments will need to be made to the national budget needs to reflect them. The major goal will be to avoid double counting. Net profits of all private companies need to be pooled in a first instance (till new rules of participation in the shareholding capital of companies are decided). A world authority needs to distribute those net payments per country so that everyone is paid their salaries plus their free food, shelter, etc., for those who do not have it already included in their pay packet (all those on the dole and all migrants/refugees of this world). National budgets will need to take that factor into account by reducing their own dole and other costs. Families will need to reduce their participation in their nominated charities. Sovereign nations will keep their sovereignty by drawing their budgets themselves and companies their national profit and loss statements. But they will abdicate their sovereignty in the distributing aspect of pooled net profits where the cumulated net profits should be superior to the net expenses or disbursements of all nations. Concerning retirement funds and superannuation, the value of the shares owned (which could go down to zilch overnight, ruining the super-rich of this world, certainly re-arranging their assets or possessions for good) could enter the stream of net profits: they will no longer be needed! If the difference between net profits and budgets compounded is positive, which it should be, given that this world is getting richer and richer monetarily and financially, then this difference should fund new research above what is already budgeted or planned. The end-of-one-world picture or vision of a new world order will be that of a world with no monetary streams, just the writing of numbers through digital bank transfers, eliminating the need for cash and all the devious deeds it encourages! On reflection, banks could even be eliminated! Along with the associated corruption! But only after a long process of fusion of regional monetary systems, eliminating progressively intermediaries, unless it happens overnight when the world is ripe for it, just like it happened with the Berlin wall!
