This is a delightful story in both Spanish and English about a little boy who is lonely and doesn't feel like he belongs. One evening he is taken on a magical journey where he meets 2 new friends and finds a sense of belonging to something bigger than he could ever have imagined. It is the author's wish that the reader will as well.

About the Author

Paulette Tomasson is a registered nurse and psychotherapist who previously wrote many articles on emotional health and wellness for Alive magazine. She was a featured expert in the CBC’s Passionate Eye documentary, O.Com. She is an internationally recognized educator and consultant in the treatment of trauma and specialized addictions. Paulette has been cited and interviewed on many international radio and television programs. She received the Award of Excellence from the Registered Nurses Association of British Columbia and the Friend of Guatemala Award from OPSA for her work in trauma and addictions. This is Paulette’s first venture into writing for children. She finds it exciting and easy to let her imagination flow freely to help resolve their common areas of stress. She hopes Polly’s story helps every child, who has ever felt lonely or felt that they didn’t belong, realize they are part of something amazing, magical, and much larger than themselves. Paulette lives in beautiful British Columbia, Canada, close to the beach and the mountains.
