About the Book

The author saw it reasonable to put together a collection of poems to change the world and for us to breathe and have fun. We owe ourselves to be the best no matter how many times we fall. These poems are related to nature, love, bitterness, and religion. Some are also humorous. We need to know that it doesn’t matter what our downfalls are. Our smile plays an integral part in our success both mentally and physically. With this in mind, this special book was designed to warm the hearts of many people. The author hopes that as each reader reads it, it may bring comfort to their hearts.

About the Author

She was hurt but she believed each broken road will lead to a smooth path . In 2013 one week after arriving in Florida with her son ,she learned of the death of her cousin who suffered a massive stroke .Later her child’s father was shot three times at a ATM machine by arm robbers .These incidents were very nerve rocking and also difficult to share with her five year old son . There were many mishaps that followed and she wondered if this would ever stop .Having no job she decided to farm dasheens but there were many shortfalls . She returned to Florida where she gained a job but was underpaid for she had no legal documents to work . Life was worst than she thought so she decided she would pen her thoughts . She said , “ If I die I would like someone to use my writing to inspire people .Her writing shows her love and affection and struggles . The author was born in Jamaica .She earned a teachers diploma at Bethlehem Moravian College also a bachelor degree in education at the International University of the Caribbean. She had taught at several primary schools .
