About the Book

Welcome. I am an adult survivor of child abuse. I know what it is like to look into the darkness and see nothing but darkness and to step up to the wall and have it refuse to budge time and time again. I know what it is like to feel alone, helpless, and like no one would understand if I did speak. The pages in Moving from Judgement to Self Compassion are filled with encouraging words and images to help you and I both continue on our healing journeys of today. The road map I used to heal is included to help you see there is a bright path before us.
