About the Author

Aishah Ali, born and raised in North Philadelphia PA by her paternal grandmother. She never knew the true love of a mother because her mother passed when she was two days old. Her father was not a positive support system in her life, but her grand mom nurtured her the best she could. Through all her adversities and hardship, some self –inflicted, she was spared to share this great story of triumph and victory. The positive force of needing to know what love is. Today she stand strong, as a positive black woman, which was able to restore her family bond and give back to society, as published author and an advocate/mentor for abused young ladies.
