About the Author

James H. Branch, the author of the book Nicole Counts with her Forest Friends, obtained a B. S. degree from New Paltz University and an M.S.A. from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California. He also attended Buffalo University School of Law. He taught for the LAUSD in LA, California, N.Y.C. Bd of Education and The Yonkers Board of Education. He also has a son, 2 daughters, Michael James C. Branch, Britney James C. Branch, and Nicole James C. Branch on the cover. Born in the Philippines.
