Kiroloss Francis is a seasoned technology executive, software architect, and U.S. Army veteran with over 15 years of experience leading innovative IT and AI projects across e-commerce, logistics, and enterprise systems. As the Chief Technology Officer at Enable All LTD, Mr. Francis has spearheaded groundbreaking work in AI-driven accessibility, creating intelligent systems that automatically detect and repair web accessibility barriers to ensure inclusive digital experiences for all users.

His professional journey reflects a deep commitment to innovation, inclusion, and ethical technology. From building scalable infrastructure and AI accessibility platforms to developing enterprise-grade e-commerce systems, Francis has consistently merged technical excellence with human-centered design. His leadership has transformed organizations by optimizing processes, reducing costs, and empowering teams to build solutions that balance business growth with social responsibility.

Prior to his executive leadership roles, Francis served as Vice President of IT and Business Intelligence at Riverstone Logistics and Head of IT for PlumCarpet, where he architected advanced ERP systems, cloud infrastructures, and AI integrations that reshaped operational efficiency. His work at Kawneer (Arconic) and Delta Apparel showcased his ability to drive agile software development, data analytics, and e-commerce innovation at scale.

Holding a Master of Science in Computer Science from Georgia Tech, Francis combines academic rigor with practical insight. His technical expertise spans AI systems, .NET, JavaScript, Angular, NodeJS, Azure, AWS, and full SDLC methodologies, supported by certifications from Microsoft and CompTIA.
