About the Book

This book is a cautionary tale for young readers ages 3-7 years old. The story is told in a whimsical and lighthearted way. It shows the brief encounters that Dusty Dalmatian, The Firedog experiences when he runs away from Fireman Joe and how difficult it is for him to find his way back to the firehouse. It is written to encourage a young child not to wander away from parents or caregivers. They should always hold their hand & stay with them when traveling so they won’t get lost like Dusty Dalmatian The Firedog.
