About the Author

Born, raised and began my education in Central New York. Majored in agriculture, yet did not pursue this as a career. Served in peacetime army, went to Europe for almost three years on GI Bill. Underemployed for many years, then received librarian’s degree. Worked in many types of libraries, becoming specialist in Indian/Native library development. Published a book on the subject. Married four times, three times unsuccessfully, now happily married. Have one son; my wife has four sons and one daughter. All have successful careers. Play the cello, paint in oils, travel, and continue to work on writing now and then.
