About the Book

Picture a small town in the southern mountains. We started out in a leaky, abandoned grocery store on a tiny shoestring. I repaired radios. TV came along and in time our business grew into a fairly large TV Sales and Service operation in a nice new building of our own.

I have always been fascinated with words; the way they can be manipulated The colorful expressions used by my customers in the store appealed to me. I began scribbling them on scraps of paper. Forty years I scribbled, and these are the expressions my customers used.
