About the Book
DESTINY's CHILD continues the epic adventure of the Sangritti War.
The war is lost. Twenty-eight human star systems are in bondage. The last star carrier is missing and only a few thousand human refugees remain in a camp far from human space in the Fellian Empire. To say the least, everyone is demoralized.
Sarah O'Brien is a fifteen-year-old student tired of the boring life of a refugee. She cannot understand the anger the Fellians feel towards the humans. She understands even less why the human Navy will not fight.
An innocent claim to do something about it starts a chain of events that sends her across the galaxy to places she never dreamed of.
Can she return hope and the will to survive to those who have forgotten its taste?
Only time will tell.
