About the Book

The basic issue, how see what really is present. We are surrounded almost every minute of every day, by our thoughts. We have so many of them, that we begin to think, that what's in our head, is truly a valid representation of what is out there. In a way it's like being brain washed. The world, becomes just our way of thinking, a habit.

Obviously that can't be so, because others swim their own thoughts too, and they are different from ours. But the world, is the same. So all of us, are simply using our thinking, to get in the way, or filter, what the world really is. Things like raking leaves or dancing or reading a book. Like taking a walk or seeing a TV show or an Opera. The normal stuff that we experience. They can be seen very different ways. The way we see things, may be just our private illusions. But, illusions can change. They aren't real.

Whatever can we do to change illusions? For me, this started to change, when I met Chipper, my chipmunk pal. He lives differently. His thoughts, are just thoughts to him, not a reality, but his experience of life, is very vivid. As I talked to him and shared all my thinking with him, I got an insight about what lies beyond my thoughts, you might too.
