About the Book

The messages in this book are really simple. What you know you must have, you probably don´t need. The ways you think you have to behave, could be quite different. The notions you believe about how the world works, could be incorrect. The things you imagine you deserve, probably are very few. The wisdom you have been trying to find, is most likely right in front of your nose. The beauty that seems to reside elsewhere, could be found in everyday places. The perfection that you hope you might attain, is most likely an illusion. The fact to have to be right, maybe just an excuse to put down others. The sheer genius that you experience within your mind, might be just noise. The rigidity in the way you do things, might just be stifling.

Now if all that is true, what do you have to do, to go on? First, you have to examine everything you see, think, feel and do, with a detached air. As if the truth, was truly up for grabs. Of course, all that detachment would lead you right up against a nothingness that comes before you trust reality, and that is very scary, the first time you encounter it. I call that encounter The Post Thought Syndrome. Then, Second, all you have to do, is decide that you could live your life being very grateful. That´s it. That´s all of it.

If you have a guru, it makes it easier, and if that guru, just happened to be a Chipmunk, who never admonished you or judged you on your search in any way, and had a great sense of humor, then you might relax a bit as you proceed.

So come along with me and watch as everything that I thought I knew, was transformed in the most amazing way. You then might want to try it for yourself.
