About the Author

My love for horses and story telling has to be attributed to my paternal grandmother. She was an accomplished horsewoman and an avid story teller. I hope the reader of this fictional account will find it as enjoyable to read as I enjoyed the experience of putting it down on paper, and that I have succeeded in imitating my grandmother’s talent to spin a yarn.
