About the Book
Today is a time of global change. Today's children are tomorrows' leaders. TREES CAN'T TALK? is the second book of a series using current world issues as themes. Each story is presented in a fun and delightful way to entice the reader to reflect on these issues. In each story, the main character personalizes the overall theme by taking responsibility through actions. Through these actions, the hero/heroine sets an example of getting involved and making changes in our world. Leadership and problem solving skills are taught. This is a story about a personal relationship between a tree with an attitude and young girl. TREES CAN'T TALK? is a story about "Going Green."

Racial discrimination, war, famine, poverty, and numerous environmental problems will be passed on to them. It is a huge burden. However, I feel the children of tomorrow will finally be the best occupants of planet earth. A better world will evolve as the children of tomorrow protect humanity and our planet with a renewed and strong spirit. I believe in them. I want to be a small part of sculpting that future in any way I can. This is my goal as an author.
