A Hillbilly's Life

About the Book

I was blessed from God to be born in the hills of West Virginia and have traveled and lived around much of the entire world. My desire in this book is to share the good and bad times during my life with a focus on my childhood where I was raised on two different farms. I will relate my experiences to stories and text in God’s Holy Book. This book represents the first of many chapters of my life. The themes throughout these chapters testify of God’s love, grace, and mercy towards man. Our God is an awesome God!

About the Author

Harold Lambert was born in the beautiful hills of West Virginia in 1957 and experienced the life and struggles of a farm boy. After marrying his High School sweetheart he traveled around the world in the service of the United States Air Force for 21 years. Harold taught in churches during his military career and afterwards during various employments for an additional 14 years. The challenges that he faced have included the deaths of his wife and one daughter. Through those and other struggles the one hope that has remained true is God’s promise of eternal life.
