Isaac Hill Sr. is a new American author who believes that we live in a rated-R society filled with extraordinary people who continue to transcend the woes of social dysfunction called progress, ever trying to make the world a better place to live in. He believes that the exploration and conquest of outer space is an absolutely necessary endeavor if but for the satisfaction of human curiosity and glory. As a man in his sixties, Isaac Hill Sr. has seen what was considered science fiction become reality, which leads him to believe that there is a right time for everything.
