About the Book

I give glory to the Most High Who has deemed me fit to carry this treasury New Songs for the redeemed in these last days. I consider it a great privilege and honour for His goodness, grace and love and I pray that those who come to these waters will find solace, bread, new wine, tonic and inspiration for their Race of Grace. Many of the songs in this book, like the experience of David, have come, not when I was having a mountain experience but in the valley and desert of my life. God works in mysterious ways His wonders to perform. He makes rivers in deserts, uses difficulties as opportunities to make good His promises. His ways are not our ways and our thoughts are not his thoughts. Indeed God often ‘digs wells of joy with the spade of sorrow.’ This is without doubt, a testament of the power of the Holy Spirit at work in my life and without Him I can do nothing. May your life be watered as you Sing a New Song to the Lord.
